At Inspirational Counseling, we provide evidence-based, client-centered counseling for adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD/ADD, trauma, relationship and marriage distress, somatic therapy and life transitions (including coaching and skills-based support). Our clinicians integrate approaches tailored to each client, which may include Imago-informed couples work, LGBTQ+ affirming care, somatic and mind–body interventions, and support for individuals processing spiritual/religious trauma and spiritual deconstruction. We also work with clients healing from narcissistic abuse and high-control or emotionally harmful relational dynamics—whether involving a parent, partner, or other significant relationship.


We serve clients ages 19–99.
